In accordance with its constitution, SpecFicNZ will be holding an Annual General Business Meeting on August 20th, 2011 (time TBA).
This Annual General Business Meeting in August will be held via the internet in chat room format so that members across New Zealand can attend and participate.
One of the main items of the Annual General Business Meeting is the election of a new governing committee for SpecFicNZ. The current committee has decided that the best way to do this is to conduct an e-mail ballot before the August business meeting, with results to be announced at that meeting.
