On The Premises Magazine is having its regular short story contest on the theme of TIME.
Time matters in every story, of course. But for this contest, they want time to play
an especially important role. Send them a story where time, or some aspect of
time, or some idea directly related to time, is vital to the characters and the plot.
Your challenge: Write a creative, compelling, well-crafted story between 1,000
and5,000 words long that uses the contest premise. Any genre except children’s
fiction, exploitative sex, or over-the-top gross-out horror is fine.
Deadline: Friday, September 28, 2012, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
You’ll need a FREE Submittal (used to be called “SubMishMash”) account to
submit your entry. If you don’t have an account, the system will ask you to
make one when you use the link to upload your story.

two or three.)
