About the Authors
Award winning author Jean Gilbert moved from Virginia, U.S. to New Zealand in 2005, and has since called the Waikato Valley (the Shire) her home. Jean’s latest work, co-authored with William Dresden, is a modern YA fantasy called Light In My Dark, a tale of love, betrayal, and self-discovery. Jean’s science fiction novels: Shifters, Ardus, and The Vault from The Vault Agency Series are published by Rogue House Publishing. William Dresden is one half of an award-winning screenwriting duo from Virginia USA. His distinctive writing style is known for its memorable dialogue and unique characters as well as an attention to detail, evident in methodical plot development that both honors and defies genre conventions.
William’s works include the novel ‘Light In My Dark’ co-written with author Jean Gilbert, ‘Dead Reckoning’ a novella, and the comic book series called ‘Aurora’. His films have screened at numerous festivals around the world including the Cannes Film Festival.
