Darian has dabbled in non-fiction but much prefers to make stuff up. His writing has won two Koru awards, a Sir Julius Vogel award, and various competitions. His books include the Agents of Kalanon series which are murder mysteries in a fantasy world, the romantic paranormal Currents of Change, a short story collection called Shifting Worlds, and a book for writers called “The Psychology Workbook for Writers”.
