Tim Kilgour is a clinical psychologist who began writing fiction for personal enjoyment in 2002. His first book, an experimental fantasy for children, remains in the bottom drawer. His second novel “Last Arrival in Time” has been seven years in the making. He has two further books in the planning stages.

Tim’s novel is “Last Arrival in Time” and the synopsis is as follows:

In a future defined by unlimited life but finite resources, everything comes at a cost. The survivors rule with an iron hand and births are limited to a lucky few who win the right to have a child. But Jennifer Armistice is determined to beat the system and give her planned child a start in life she never had. Supported by the sometimes unwitting men in her life, she fights against all odds to conceive ‘the last arrival in time’.
