Our Annual General Meeting is fast approaching and will be occurring by Chatzy chat room on Saturday, August 11th from 2-4pm (NZ time). We sent the agenda out in an earlier e-mail, and it can also be viewed on the website HERE.
Every member has been e-mailed a link to the Chatzy room. If you did not receive this e-mail, please contact us at [email protected] with the e-mail you wish it sent to. Sometimes, our e-mails to members are returned to us as undeliverable.
Please follow the Chatzy link BEFORE the scheduled AGM, and test out the chat room to make sure you have access. You should not need to log-in or enter a password. Please e-mail Joff at [email protected] if you have any trouble. And please do not share the chat link with non-members or in any public place or on the internet. Thanks.
An important NOTE: Voting for the new committee will be conducted at the AGM by way of an anonymous internet poll. You will need your SpecFicNZ Member Log-In Information (user ID and password) to access the voting poll. If you do not currently know or have this information, please contact Joff at [email protected] and he will get it to you.
One item of business that will be voted on at the AGM is the approval of last year’s AGM minutes. We sent the minutes to our members as an e-mail attachment, but it can also be viewed HERE. Please look them over and send any questions to Cassie at [email protected].
Another item of business that will be voted on at the AGM is the approval of the fiscal financial report. We sent the report to our members as an e-mail attachment, but it can also be viewed HERE. Please look it over and send any question to Mark at [email protected]. I apologize for the formatting glitches on the page, but it was the best I could do given the original document.
